Buffalo Wings

Overview:

Ingredients:

1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Lousiana hot sauce
1 dash Pepper
1 dash Garlic powder
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
10 Chicken wings
16 ounces Bleu cheese salad dressing
6 Celery stalks
Vegeatable oil

Directions

1 Put the wings in the fridge for 60-90 minutes. (This will help the breading stick to the wings when fried.)

2 Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees.

3 You want to use just enough oil to cover the wings entirely. (About an inch will work.)

4 Combine butter, hot sauce, ground pepper, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat until all of the ingredients are well blended.

5 Carefully place the wings into the hot oil and fry them for about 10-15 minutes or until parts of the wings begin to turn dark brown.

6 Remove the wings from the oil onto a paper towel to drain excess oil from the wings.

7 If the wings are frozen be sure to defrost and dry them.

8 Combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small mixing bowl

9 Place the wings in a large mixing bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them, coating each wing entirely and evenly.

10 Place hot wings into large mixing bowl and add the hot sauce and stir, coating all wings evenly. (You could also use a plastic container with a lid to make this easier.)

11 Serve with Bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
